Case Manager for People Facing Homelessness

Tasks may include:
- Coordinating and providing care that is timely, effective, equitable and client-centered
- Helping clients who are facing homelessness to make informed decisions, acting as their advocate, and exploring their options
- Following up with clients and keeping track of their progress to ensure wellness
In order to volunteer, you should be:
- A registered Urban Alliance volunteer (you will have a chance to register if you haven’t already)
- Willing to attend orientation prior to volunteering
- Willing to submit a background check
- Open to an ongoing commitment that works with your schedule
- Certified
- Working as a case manager
- Skilled interpersonally
- Reliable
- Patient
- Honest
- Organized
- Able to work independently
- Open to engaging with people who are facing mental health or substance-abuse struggles
- Open to engaging with people who are facing homelessness
- Spanish-speaking skills a plus
