We have five initiatives—Beyond the Basics, Revitalize, Charis, Generation Now! and Thrive—to partner with churches and organizations around identified needs in the community. We support churches and organizations in our network through these initiatives, with convening, training, toolkits, consultation, grants, supplies and volunteers to build stronger programs in the community.

Revitalize Community Health Outreach

Valley Brook Community Church helps connect Hartford residents to resources through the Revitalize Community Health Outreach by distributing bags that contain information about free and low-cost local health services and incentives to work towards health and wellness.

Valley Brook mobilizes volunteers to serve on a regular basis through UAServe, Urban Alliance's volunteer program.
