We have five initiatives—Beyond the Basics, Revitalize, Charis, Generation Now! and Thrive—to partner with churches and organizations around identified needs in the community. We support churches and organizations in our network through these initiatives, with convening, training, toolkits, consultation, grants, supplies and volunteers to build stronger programs in the community.

Pastors Gatherings: Build Relationship & Reach the Community Together

Senior-level pastors from churches in the Urban Alliance network are invited to join the Micah group!

The Micah group is a gathering of pastors who meet regularly (2nd Thursday of each month) to build relationship, encourage and learn from one another, and collaborate around an annual community outreach event.
