We have five initiatives—Beyond the Basics, Revitalize, Charis, Generation Now! and Thrive—to partner with churches and organizations around identified needs in the community. We support churches and organizations in our network through these initiatives, with convening, training, toolkits, consultation, grants, supplies and volunteers to build stronger programs in the community.

Servant Leadership & Emotional Intelligence

This meeting has an in-person or online Zoom option.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) refers to a person’s ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. EQ is key to being a strong servant leader. This training offers a framework for understanding EQ and servant leadership, key leadership skills, as well as a self-assessment to learn your own strengths and weaknesses related to EQ. All in-person participants will receive a copy of the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry and ‎Jean Greaves.
