Is UAs vision and mission something that resonates with you? Have you just been waiting for an opportunity and invitation to use your gifts to serve others? Or do you just need help understanding what needs are most urgent in Hartford?

Wherever you are coming from, we are eager to hear your feedback and interests on how you, your church, company, or community group might want to serve and what kinds of opportunities or causes motivate you to action.  Through one of our directed Urban Alliance Support Programs, UA will be working specifically with Network Participants around volunteer mobilization.  Your feedback will help inform our activities and how UA Network initiatives are developed through the UA Network to mobilize volunteers and service opportunities. 

Individual volunteers may also want to check out a variety of service opportunities available through different Network Participants.  Some of our Participants have regular, ongoing volunteer opportunities throughout the year.  Other Participants create unique opportunities based on availability of volunteers, interests expressed or specific ministry needs or circumstances at that time.  As opportunities become available, Urban Alliance will relay information on ways to serve through Network Participants programs and projects displayed on our Events Calendar page.  For more information, feel free to complete the Online Interest Form on our Contact Us page.
