Congratulations to FaithCare, who was recently awarded grant funding through Urban Alliance’s Revitalize initiative, to help strengthen their services by offering case management, with a focus on health, to individuals at community health screening events.
After completing the Beyond The Basics training series facilitated by Urban Alliance, FaithCare is now equipped with the skills and knowledge to offer case management using evidence-based Motivational Interviewing techniques. Urban Alliance will be offering consultation around evaluating the impact of the program.
