Judah House's mission is to "empower those in our community by providing access to opportunities for healing, education and employment."
 

Housing
Judah House provides housing to homeless women and their children. The residence provides capacity for 10 adults and 4 youth. While living at Judah House, women are provided with housing support (on-site and in the community through the provision of security deposits), Bible study, case management, faith-based counseling, basic needs assistance (hygiene products, food, clothing), support groups, childcare, life-skills development and transportation.

ACTSS 9:6 Program - Access to Career Training and Support Systems
The goal of ACTSS 9:6 is to give vocational training to those involved through using “Jobs for Life” (a faith-based curriculum), O.S.H.A. 10 training, job placement, assistance with employment searches, post-secondary education placement, G.E.D. placement and computer training and access through the HUD Neighborhood Network Designated Training Site at 84 Vine Street in Hartford, CT, which has 6 computer workstations.

Judah House/Jessie's Garden
The main purpose of the garden is to teach horticultural skills, healthy eating, life skills, non-traditional employment and business skills to local low-income community residents.

M.O.M.  (Moments of Motivation)
Moments of Motivation exists to impart healing through support and life coaching to women who have suffered abuse as children.

Sisters Supporting Sisters
Sisters Supporting Sisters is a weekly support group for women. It provides support for women through an evidence-based nationally recognized curriculum. The topics covered include: childhood and adult trauma, substance-abuse and mental health disorders. The goal of the group is to inpire a spiritual journey towards healing and wholeness.
