Collaborative Initiatives exist to meet a specific need or serve a specific population in Hartford. Our role is to mobilize and support these Collaborative Initiatives. We do this by assisting with strategic action plans, accountability, and communication, which helps drive progress forward. However, each initiative is be formed as the Christian community comes together to plan and take action to meet the needs of under-resourced people. These initiatives address physical, spiritual, economic, and social issues in a holistic manner in order to improve lives and communities in Hartford. We understand it is through the churches and organizations coming together with their gifts, passions, and resources that these initiatives happen.
