There will be a Revitalize planning meeting on Monday, March 12 from 11:30am–1:30pm at Phillips Metropolitan CME Church (2500 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06120). The vision of Revitalize is to be a long-term sustainable initiative that will effectively and holistically help meet health needs in Hartford. In this meeting, the group will discuss both a spring "Community Health Outreach" and more long-term options.
